This is a note to thank the service manager, who put air in my tires the day after Halloween. My husband was being transported to Northside Cherokee on Halloween; I followed behind and hit the curb at the hospital.- thank you. On 1/17 I had to have my battery replaced. Jerry Adams did it quickly. My husband had pancreatic surgery and I had to get home quickly. I would like to thank all of you for your wonderful, courteous service. Made a saturday appt. for a grinding noise on the f-150 when making turns. Took it to Cherokee Ford they diagnosed it and had the problem fixed the same day. They called a few days later to follow up to make sure the issue had not occured again. Very easy going!

Last week my car died and I had it towed to Cherokee Ford. I was a little hesitant about taking my car to a dealership because I thought I might get taken advantage of. Nick in service is the gentleman that took care of my car and I have to say I couldn't have put my car in better hands. He was very pleasant to deal with and was up front about the different issues going on with my car. I appreciated his honesty and especially his hard work. I have an older model car which has a lot of service issues always coming up- in the future I won't hesitate to take my car back to Nick.
